Teamspective offers a library of questions that can be used. These questions are actively used by companies across 100+ countries in Europe, North America and elsewhere.
List of Teamspective questions are available for admin users in the web app. You can also view the full list and default questions in this file. In addition to the question library, it is possible to create custom questions tailored for your company.
With Performance solution
Depending on your intended use cases for Teamspective, the solutions are used to collect feedback or evaluations on employees. That feedback is usually focused on their performance, skills, collaboration, key strengths and development areas.
With Collaboration solution
Measurement is focused on understanding how actively individuals (and groups) communicate and work together. That information is used for understanding organizational information flow and collaboration patterns, employee roles, opportunities and bottlenecks to address.
Are surveys anonymous? How is that ensured?
With Engagement solution
Nobody in your organization has access to the individual raw answers to the surveys.
Only way to access the results are via the reports and summaries in Teamspective. Those reports always report results that are aggregated to group level. Open comments are linked to individual users, but the name of the person is never visible in the reports.
