Answering Pulse questions
When a Pulse round is active questions can be answered in 2 ways:
โ๏ธ All individual answers are completely anonymous. No-one else well be able to see your specific responses.
The results of small teams will be hidden. Your organization can decide what the exact size of a small team is.
Leaving Comments
Teamspective strongly encourages you to leave comments when responding to the surveys. This gives more context to your responses and you are also to immediately share development ideas.
The survey always prompts you to leave at least 1 comment. Feel free to share your thought regarding the question and the response you selected.
You are able to adjust the visibility of the comment:
Admins of your groups: these are usually the supervisors or managers within your teams.
Workspace admin: this is usually 1-3 people within your organization and most likely from HR.
Members of your groups: if this is made available, you can make your comment visible to colleagues within your teams.
At the end of the survey, you can review and edit all your responses and leave further comments.
