Automate user management and get richer insights from the pulse using cohorts

That's what we're offering to Teamspective's customers who use an HR system like BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Workday, Sympa, or something else (we're constantly adding new integrations).

Main benefits of the HRIS integration

1. Automatic user management

When you add a new seat to your HR system, we can sync them to Teamspective. When you delete a user in your HR system, we can delete them from Teamspective.

Our integration synchronises the user list daily, so you'll save time and effort.

You can also synchronise teams and other user data from the HR system, ensuring your user data is always up to date.

Most HR systems offer an API token, and all you need to do is share it with us. Our integration experts will do the rest.

2. Pivoting engagement results

The larger your organization grows the more needs you have for analyzing engagement data. This might be understanding how gender affects DEIB scores, or how new employees report psychological safety compared to the more tenured?

Our pivoting funtionality helps you do this.

With pulse cohorts, you can use all sorts of data from your HR system to divide and present new insights in the pulse results page. This data includes team, unit, geographic location, nationality, gender, start date (tenure), seniority level, salary, and basically almost any other data you store in the HR-system.

To maintain anonymity of pulse results, cohorts with less than 5 results are hidden. Only workspace admin users have access to cohort data.

Integrating your HRIS with Teamspective

How to get started?

Teamspective offers a self-serve HRIS integration functionality via our partner Kombo.

In the web app, go to Workspace Settings -> Integrations and locate the HRIS integration section:

1️⃣ Click on your HRIS to start the workflow.

2️⃣ Follow the instructions in the pop-up to:

  1. Connect your HRIS with Teamspective

  2. Give Teamspective permission to read the necessary data.

  3. Set-up a service user in your HRIS to maintain a stable connection.

3️⃣ Finish the workflow in Teamspective by accepting the sync of your users.

4️⃣ Review the Users and Groups to check that everything is as should be.

I'm not seeing my specific HRIS on the page?

Reach out to Teamspective via the Intercom chat (or directly to your Customer Success Manager) and we'll look to enable access to you HRIS.

How long does it take to setup the HRIS integration?

This will be completed in a matter of minutes. If you have existing pulse data that needs to be linked with specific teams coming from your HRIS, this will require some time from our development team.

How can I pivot my engagement data based on user information?
