If you logged in to Teamspective but cannot see the features or reports you expected, read this article to fix the issue.

If you logged in to Teamspective and cannot see a pulse survey, results or your team members, you have most likely logged in with an email address that is different than the one used for your correct Teamspective profile.

The profile your company has created for you may be based on an email address from your HR information system, Slack or Microsoft Teams account. You should always log in to Teamspective using that same version of your email address.

This is how to solve the issue if you logged in with wrong address:

  1. Navigate to app.teamspective.com in your web browser

  2. If you can see a Pulse menu and under it a 'Schedule' page on the left side of the screen, access the Schedule page. Then click 'Actions' and stop the pulse. This step is needed to prevent you from receiving unnecessary pulse surveys.
    If you cannot see the Schedule page, you can skip directly to the next step.

  3. Log out of Teamspective via the menu on the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Log in again, this time with correct email address. How to do this depends on what communication channel you use:

    1. Open Teamspective in MS Teams. Then write 'Access Teamspective Web' to the bot and click the link in the message you get in return.

    2. Open Slack and navigate to 'Home' tab of the Teamspective app. Then click 'Login to browser'. Click the link that is sent to the 'Messages' tab of your Teamspective app.

    3. Find an email you had received from Teamspective before the login issue started. Check from recipient details what version of your email address that message was sent to. Then go to app.teamspective.com and log in using that exactly same email address.

    4. You can also contact the admin person of your company and ask them to check which email address they can see in the workspace Members tab in Teamspective.
