Objectives

Documenting the main objectives help you align the stakeholders, communicate to your employees, and to monitor the success after the launch.

In our company, we are starting to use Pulse Surveys / 360 Feedback / Organizational Network Analysis, especially to achieve these objectives:

Key stakeholders

Key stakeholders are the people you should involve in planning the launch and to ensure successful adoption of the new practices. They can be either responsible or being informed of the launch progress.

  • Organization's leader: XYZ
    Is responsible of including this process in executive team's agenda, and holding their direct reports accountable for taking action with their teams.

  • HR Leader: XYZ
    Supports the admin user and organization's leaders to ensure they have the information and skills to utilize these tools and processes. They also hold the leaders accountable for taking action with their teams.

  • Admin user: XYZ
    Ensures the platform works as intended, supports the organization in using it, and engages with Teamspective's experts for further support, advisory and services as needed.

  • Executive team: Executive team members
    Lead by their own example, by actively participating in these processes, making educated decisions or initiatives based on the insights, and having the necessary discussions with their direct reports to establish accountability for taking action.

  • IT department: XYZ
    Is the main point of contact, ensuring the platform and its use complies with our organization's policies.

  • Finance department: XYZ
    Is the main point of contact, ensuring we have sufficiently budgeted for the cost of platform license fees and related training or advisory services.

Round starts automatically as scheduled earlier.

Week 1

Manager training

After launch, deliver more detailed training to managers: how to use the platform, what actions are expected, what support is available to them.

Week 2 or 4

1st results review in executive team

Review the insights in executive team to make them familiar with the new insights, and start a routine of following them each month.

Week 4

1st company info

Communicate about first set of insights and agreed actions to employees. This clarifies the purpose why everyone should dedicate time to contribute.

Week 5

Team actions review

Ensure each manager and team have discussed the insights and decided actions based on this. These actions have direct impact on team's ability to achieve improvements and engage employees to participate in the future.
