How to view feedback you have sent to others

You can view growth feedback you’ve sent from the My feedback -> Growth feedback page using the Sent feedback filter. Note that visibility depends on the feedback type—structured feedback is not visible after submission.

  1. Go to My feedback -> Growth feedback.

  2. Apply the Sent feedback filter.

  3. Review the feedback you’ve given to others (e.g., Growth feedback and Praise).

Tip: Personal messages included in Growth feedback requests appear alongside the feedback in the My feedback view.


Common Issue

If you cannot see feedback you submitted, check:

  • Whether the feedback was structured feedback (template-based)

  • Your role and permissions

Fix: Structured feedback is not visible to the sender after submission. Only admins, managers, and the recipient (once published) can view it.
