What wellbeing at work measures and what you can do about it

Updated over 2 years ago

While this may feel like a fluffy topic, general wellbeing is actually critical. It can indicate that your team members are impacted by external factors which may radiate to other areas of the workplace. It can also indicate that one or more problems are already so important that they impact the team’s general happiness and energy levels.

On the positive side, a solid general wellbeing score indicates that, overall, things are going pretty well and can even help mitigate some of the smaller issues people would otherwise be annoyed about.

Wellbeing at work is also one of the components of Teamspective's Wellbeing and psychological needs KPI. It's measured by asking people How are you feeling at work?
