What an active feedback culture looks like
What an active feedback culture looks like

Culture is created through daily behaviour. This is what an active, improvements focused feedback culture looks like.

Updated over a year ago

A true culture of innovation, high performance and employee wellbeing can only happen when three things are in place:

  1. There is a consistent flow of feedback to identify what could be done better

  2. There are candid discussions to identify how it could be done better

  3. There are sufficient actions to actually make things better

Observing dozens of companies and hundreds of teams, we have identified that the following behaviours strongly indicate a culture where individuals and teams actively develop themselves, contribute to each other's development, and do this across performance, wellbeing and collaboration.

These are also the behaviours Teamspective helps you activate.

What can you do to create this kind of culture? We've collected concrete examples and best practices for you in the articles you can find here.
