Testing Pulse
We are starting to test Teamspective's Pulse product as a potential employee engagement tool to support continuous improvement and help build a routine of measuring and discussing issues.
What is Teamspective?
Teamspective is a people analytics solution designed to help with continuous improvement across individuals, teams and the whole organization. They are especially focused on building solutions people first and directing attention towards taking action.
How does it work?
You will receive a set of questions directly into Slack / Teams via the Teamspective bot. If these channels are not in use, you'll receive a notification to your email.
Results are immediately viewable after the round in the web app accompanied with tips on what actions to take.

We are starting to test Teamspective's Evaluations and Feedback product as a potential tool to help support healthy personal feedback routines and measure work performance in a fair and lean way.

How does it work?
You will receive Evaluation or Feedback requests directly into Slack / Teams via the Teamspective bot. If these channels are not in use, you'll receive a notification to your email.
After responding to the requests, you can view Feedback directly in the web app, and Evaluation comments once they have been published to you by the admin.
