AI Sentiment Analysis for Pulse Comments

Learn how to automate pulse comments analysis and quickly see what the main discussion topics are.

Updated over 10 months ago

We have launched our AI Sentiment Analysis feature for Pulse comments ๐ŸŽ‰

This feature automatically analyses all your Pulse Comments so that you can easily notice development ideas and what topics gain most attention. We use Microsofts Azure OpenAI to automatically analyse and summaries the sentiments from your comments data.

Benefits of AI Sentiment Analysis

These are some of the main pain points we are addressing with this feature:

  • When there are a lot of comments, itโ€™s really hard for the HR team / Leadership to get a good overview of what issues or positive things people are highlighting in the comments they provide - not to mention great development ideas that usually go unnoticed.

  • Reviewing 5-10 comments and analysing the sentiment can be done manually, but with over 200 comments from the past 6 months the task becomes almost impossible.

With this feature these problems are solved by:

  • automatically generating a sentiment analysis and summary of pulse comments to quickly get a good overview of the most pressing topics which arise from pulse comments.

  • displaying any development ideas that have been shared along the comments

  • automatically filtering the original comments based on the selected discussion topic to help with deep diving into specific issues.

  • showing which parts of the comments have positive or negative sentiments.
